CHARACTER SERIES: Professor Layton

[OOC]

Backtagging: I personally don't have a problem with it, though I may have to be nudged from time to time. Don't be afraid to do this! I actually appreciate it.
Threadhopping: Ask me first, though usually I'll allow it; it's pretty rare that I won't, actually. Just be courteous and it's all good!
Fourthwalling: I personally have no problem with it in action brackets and the like, and I tend to engage in a lot of that myself (if you have an issue with this, please feel free to tell me); ICly, Descole likely will not understand most of the references made, so...why not, feel free to throw things at him, he'll probably just blink and go with it and stupid will ensue.
Offensive subjects: Nothing that comes immediately to mind! I'll tell you if I have an issue with anything happening within a thread; I'd definitely appreciate it if you would do the same!

[IC]

Hugging this character: I don't see why not; he's going to be a bit wary of being hugged by strangers and he's not too overly touchy-feely at first, but he's definitely not opposed to casual touching or hugging once in a while if he knows the character doing it, and if your character is a touchy-feely person, he'll usually loosen up quickly enough and be reasonably receptive to it as long as they aren't being overly aggressive. (Basically, don't creep him out with it and we're cool!)
Kissing this character: Assuming sufficient development has ensued, then I don't see why not. Descole is a very physical person overall, especially if he's interested in someone; if the interest is returned, the kissing will be likewise returned - if not, then he'll...likely allow it for a moment while he regains his wits before attempting to physically discourage by pushing off.
Flirting with this character: Go right ahead! He'll like it and will probably find it flattering. Ego-stroking is also always okay! (...why would you...)
Fighting with this character: ...oh boy. Remember what was said above about him being a very physical person? This definitely extends to fighting as well. He's prone to lashing out and trying to hit when angry, and if he's not close enough he'll usually find something large and heavy to throw at you. In canon, he's very strong and very fast; he's good with swordfighting, hand-to-hand combat and parkour/freerunning, and he's generally a fearless little thing (seriously, his response to people with machine guns is to run at them and attempt to get up and over the line of gunfire instead of trying to get away from them). He's incredibly aggressive when angered, and...well, still pretty damn aggressive even when he's not. He's also very smarmy and will likely inspire a facepunch reaction, so if your character wants to start something, that is perfectly fine, he probably deserves it.
Injuring this character: Ask me first, but in general, go right ahead! I'm not particularly squeamish about injuries, so as long as you ask first (or at least give me proper warning) and the injury would realistically happen, you'll generally be allowed to have at him.
Killing this character: No death in Johto, so it's pretty much a moot point - but if he would be mortally wounded by something, I'll allow it as long as it's logical and I'm asked/warned well in advance. Again, just be courteous!
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Also a moot point in Johto, but for the sake of fourth wall events and the like - you're welcome to do this to an extent. Obviously godmoding isn't okay; at the same time, anything that's obvious in canon is fair game, as is anything in action brackets. If an assumption could be made that isn't explicitly stated but might be a logical progression, check with me first before going on ahead with it - basically, if you aren't sure, err on the side of asking me!

Warnings: None at the moment.
