Well, well! You haven't changed a bit, have you? Of course I didn't think you would, considering that it's only been a few days as far as I'm concerned, but that's not the point! Point is, I'm back! And I'd like to talk to you when you get the chance! I should probably apologize for not getting in contact with you sooner, but starting out with brand new Pokémon and returning to the labs... I just got carried away! There are more scientists around now and oh do they have some fascinating work! Of course I didn't actually test any of their work since I get the feeling they'd be rather mad about that, but it's been so tempting--

Ah, right, right, the point of this message! I'm back! Apparently it's been quite some time here, but I didn't even get to go home. I just woke up and said to myself "huh, well I guess it's just another lovely day in Johto" and then bam! I realized that I didn't have my usual Pokémon or any of my items and a quick glance outside revealed the truth! I'd slept for a whole season! Or so I thought; apparently I returned home during that time, but I don't remember that at all.

But yes, I'm back! I'm sure you've missed me, but now we can continue our research! I hope you haven't forgotten all about those floating Steelix! It's something I plan on doing as soon as possible!
