I wouldn't be surprised, no. Most people tend to show up on the network around important anniversaries - the one-year mark, for example. They often sound some degree of either agitated or subdued, displeased either way; admittedly, you occasionally get the extremely energetic ones that are pleased to be here, but those are usually from...somewhat unusual life circumstances to begin with.
